We've just bought 75msq worth of engineered flooring for the whole of the downstairs in our new place. We're still tossing up whether to glue the flooring direct to the screed or float the flooring over some decent underlay? I like the idea of glueing just because it sounds more sturdier but after reading numerous sites am still none the wiser on which way to go.
What are the pros and cons of each method?
The boards are 21mm thick if that makes any difference.
