Hi I have 24i green star and lately water pressure kept going down....I read from these forms that it could have been EV or leaking PRV ....I first checked the bar pressure in EV and it was low so drained the boiler and recharged it ....pressure still kept going down...So I changed it new one... than there was little drop coming from PRV so I changed it new....Water pressure is still going down like before as soon as we turn the water on or heating. it doesn't go slowly it goes very quickly, I thought their may be a leak some where but can see any where.....ceilings are fine hot water pipe on above floor and underneath bath is dry..
