2x6 joist hangers image check

Hi chaps does the attached look right so 2x6 cross beams attached to sides with hangers either side, would add support underneath after, also on left I think the end board should go to the outside of the posts not inside as I have on the image?

Sorry, I may be completely wrong, but with the fall of the land, the decking extension looks like it may come higher than planning guidance allows?
Do you have nosey neighbours who would notice?

no its not much lower about a foot and no neighbours here, we are remote

I will go with hangers on both end and do the joists at 400mm apart, add supports underneath...nail the 2x6 joists hangers with 30mm screws, hope agree and thanks.

Joist hangers typically installed with square twist nails but for decking decent screws will suffice. Note, whenever I've used Screwfix silverscrew/goldscrew outside I've found the heads sheared off after a few years
