What's the best way to get from a 3/4" BSP tap tail (~26mm OD) to a 15mm copper pipe?

EDIT - I've found some adaptors and also flexible pipes so a couple of options.

I opted for 500mm long flexible hoses with a 3/4" BSP threaded fitting on one side and a 15mm compression fitting on the other side. Cost was £5.86ea from B&Q.

Thanks everyone.
