3 bedroom kit House Plumbing/Heating install

I've just purchased some ground with planning permission to stick up a 3 bedroom kit.

The answer to this could be "how log is a piece of string" but here goes,

Duration for plumbing and heating works, would 150 man hours likely cover all bases here IE.

1 x Central Heating install (9 Rads with Combi)
1 x Bathroom (nothing flash)
1 x Kitchen (plumbing to sink and supply for hob)

Basically everything required from ground up including drainage and water main, from roughing through to finishing including all commissioning works.
