No. Probably more TBH. It's what I'm eating that's making the difference. I also have a boozy binge at the weekends of several bottles of wine or some neat whisky. Obviously if I avoided these then more would have come off, but life is life after all :)
 
Get yourself down to the local slimming world. Loads of books, plenty of recipes on their site. The meetings are a little "surreal", but hey ho, who cares. It's doing the trick for me and for several work colleagues and friends.

Trust me, it's good and you'll never feel hungry :)
 
I'm touching the scales at 12st 7lbs. I'm a whisker under 6'.

People ask why I don't put on weight. I say because I don't eat between meals and eat what I need. If I put on a few pounds then I will eat less than my body needs and I lose weight. Being hungry for a while isn't such a bad thing.
 
Congrats.

Myself I have lost 1.5 stone since xmas because I stopped eating sugar (well as much as I can).

Nowt in drinks, no sweets or biscuits etc.
Any snacks are rice cakes etc.
If I have a doughnut as a treat it's like 2 days sugar intake.

Oh - walking the dog helps too lol
