3 gang 2 way light switch - New for old.

I'm trying to change an old switch for new, but the labels on the back of the switches are different. Old one has common, 1W, 2W etc, and new one has L1, L2 L3 and common. I've put images of old one in situ, and new one. All the wires are get except one red and one black.

Please help!

L1 = Common
L2/L3 either one way or two way.
Just make sure you ensure you match the wiring like for like.
