3-Gang Switch Replacement

Looks like the middle switch is an intermediate on the old one and a 2 way on the new one so it wont work.
Left switch turns on the porch light (on/off), middle switch turns on downtsiars hall light, right sided switch turns on the upstairs light - theres a 2 gang upstairs that turns the hall light on/off and the upstairs landing light on/off.
Doesn't matter. It's not what they do but how they do it.
If you can find a switch to your liking that has three intermediate switches then you would be able to use it.
