I have a new toilet to connect to a 3 inch cast stack. It used to have a toilet connected on it before via Lead pipe. Would most recommend a new stack or connecting on to the 3 in branch of the stack collar. And converting to plastic.

4 inch pot waste
That's the base the stack runs under the building to the drain at the back
