30 cxi glow worm bolproblem

Hi all, I am blowing my 3 amp fuse shortly after switching the boiler on
I opeded it up and noticed there is a main junction box that the plumber used to supply
the electric, and it was smoking (not good) so I opened it up and noticed a loose
live wire,so i made all the conections good and tried again, this time she fired up ok
then was bussy heating up for about a minute then the same thing happeded again'
so opened the pcb casing and nothing looked fried there, the fues was ok, anyone
got a next step please,cheers jd.
