Could someone tell me if it's possible to buy a 4-gang lightswitch with three 2-ways and one intermediate switch ?

The only way you'll achieve that is get a 4 gang grid plate. Then fit separate switch modules of your choice.

The best stockists of grid switches are MK and Crabtree.

IF you can find a 4-gang intermediate, just use that.

Not grid, but switch modules are interchangeable. May be cheaper than grid & require shallower back box.

If you want round corner plates, just choose MODE instead of POLAR range.
