Yeah but there are 3 types of breeze block, low, med and high density - or concrete bricks - all are used in the building trade.
Low/med density bricks for internal and external walls non or low load bearing. High density blocks for load bearing/structural work.
It's usually easy to know which, if you can dig a screwdriver easily into it then they are low/light, harder to dig that screwdriver in - medium, can't dig that screwdriver in much at all - high density.
