838 Wide Bi-Fold Doors

all my doors downstars need a door width of 838 now (had to be widen due to a trampoline related accident).

But I cannot find a bi-fold door to repalce the one we had in the downstairs toilet. Is in a corridor so normal door not really an option.

Was hoping it wasn't going to cost the earth but so far only been offered once made to measure...

HELP!!!!

Can you not use a standard 30" bi-fold door and put in approx 40mm timber on each side of the frame?

I have made a wider bi-fold door, has to buy 2 doors to do it though
