8ft x 4 ft shed roof

I'm looking for the cheapest way to re roof my shed.its concrete panel,but im looking at something that I can do myself.i was thinking 18mm Sterling board or ply covered with something but don't have burning gear for felt,what are the other options ?

you need joists perhaps ever 400-600 is it a /\ frame or a flat roof
as an aside 4ft is very wasefull using sheet material as you need a perhaps 6" overhang or perhaps 2x36" if a/\ frame roof

It's a flat roof,it's currently asbestos which needs removing and replacing with a flat roof
