Hi Guys can you please advise me on the following.

I have just had a conservatory installed with a half georgian roof. Where the conservatory and roof are fitted to the house, the whole of the external wall of the house that is now inside the conservatory is wet. Consequently my floor and stud work is getting wet.

When the roof was fitted the builder used flash band and cut in lead flashing as well.

My question is how deep does the flashing need to be cut in, as the water is coming from behind the rendering.

Thanks in advance for your help

Keith

Either the flashing not done correctly or you may need cavity tray.

Thanks for your reply, I have the builder on his way round and I can show him what you have posted.

And Yes I know it is New Years Day, but he volunteered to come round
