Hi All

Firstly, thanks for looking at my post.

I have a cloakroom that I would like to "turn around" - basically have the toilet where the sink is and the sink where the toilet was.

I have drawn a diagram to show what I mean... What I need to know is if anyone can forsee a problem with the amount of bends the soil will have to travel down from the toilets new position? (provided of course I put enough slope on it!)

Thanks in advance and if anything I have said/drawn is not clear please feel free to ask and I'll clarify! :D

Sorry - didnt realise i'd have to go through the photobucket route!

As you imply, it's about slopes. 1 in 40 is the standard, but a steeper section near the pan helps. 3 slow bends should be no problem.

Thanks Chris, It was the bends I was worried about. In an ideal world that pipe would run in as straight a line as possible with a good slope but I have to put 3 bends in :(

Give it some extra fall, the more the better really, and nice smooth bends, should work fine

Thanks for that extra info ..... I am hoping to use the elbow bends for the push fit type waste pipes, will this be ok? They are quite tight bends :(
