. . . is anyone here familiar with GlobalSTORE EPOS system? We have it at work installed over Windows NT server on the back office computer. What I want to know is how the hell i can access the printer control panel without having to phone IT helpdesk up at head office. It seems they can see things on our computer that we cant. Its handy to cancel print jobs that you "didnt know" were 60 pages long etc. The start menu is really condensed, only has about 3 options The computer is a fujitsu and printer is HP laserjet.

Indeed a longshot, but I can ask some of my old Fujitsu workmates if they know how to do it, alternatively you could contact www.itim.com who are the creators of the Fujitsu Global POS system.

Well, the passwords to log on as 97,98 and 99 (the 3 support numbers) would be cool (though i expect our company has personalised these, but there must be a way to hack . . . ) It really is a ghastly system to use, the way it has been set up at our company.
