If you were wiring in 7 double sockets on radial circuit in an extension that consists of two rooms upstairs, and a carport below, and assuming the consumer unit is against the ceiling downstairs and the otherside of the awll to the extension, would you take the cables up and down the walls or under the floor to each socket, assuming the floors are tongue and groove over joists. Also, would you consider using junction boxes rather than having a cable going into a socket then another coming out to the next socket?
