Interestingly to support the senario they interview real life people about what's actually happened in disaster situations ......

Telecommunications mobiles fail because of tge volume of calls being made .......

Medical staff abandon patients to see to their own families.....its happened .......

There has been a terrible pandemic in this country.
It took hold around 3 years ago

It puts people in a trance like state, making them easy to be manipulated.
It has a terrible negative effect on ability to reason, although this may have been a pre existing condition

Physical symptoms included a facial disfigurement, it creates a ruddy complexion.
Do not approach these people, they are easily enraged, mostly for no logical reason.
These people must never see a Union Jack, it creates a level of stimualtion that could be unpredictable.
