A quickie!!

Now i have your undivided attention i'm about to tile my bathroom and shower, i'm leaving the old floor tiles down on the wooden floor and all the wall surfaces are brick, can i have help with the following please, (grovel, grovel)

1. As i'm tiling on top of the existing floor tiles i laid over 10yrs ago, do i still require a flexible adhesive for wooden floors or an adhesive suitable for tile on tile.

2. Is there a ready mixed waterproof adhesive available for the shower floor approx. 1sq. m. as i really can't be ass'd mixing the stuff.
