I saw one about 5 years ago when i changed some outside lights and wired in a ceiling fan/light for a friend. Thought it was un-usual myself at the time, its still in service as far as I'm aware.

I have one on my workbench - in my workshop.
Used to fit these as a nipper.
Except the ones we fitted had the incommer to the left.
