Hi weareleeds did as you said and lo and behold its cured the problem, now i only need to know how to restrict the flow to 11Litres or so, the manufactrurers guide says it can run at 16litres but i get the feeling that if its run to long at to fast a flow it will burn somethnig out sooner or later?

it was last week mate but i have a vokera linea and the hot water flow rate had died on it to a trickle its only 3 years old or less but weareleeds told me to take out the flow restrictor at the dhw point, which i have done to great success ut now need to know how to restrict the flow as i mentioned.

Use black tap under boiler (mains supply) time how long to fill a 1 litre jug should be about 6 seconds if it is quicker than that turn tap down till it's at that rate hey presto approx 35 deg temp rise (assuming blr working correctly)
