A TV film you haven't seen (Israel's extermination of Palestinian healthcare)

"In occupied territory under Israeli control, outside active hostilities, at most Israeli forces may have been entitled to arrest or detain them. They could only use force if strictly necessary to prevent an imminent threat to life or serious injury. Instead, Israel chose to murder them, in flagrant violation of their right to life,” they said."

In addition, under international humanitarian law, “killing a defenceless injured patient who is being treated in a hospital amounts to a war crime,” the experts said, referring to Basel Ayman Al-Ghazawi.

"By disguising themselves as seemingly harmless, protected medical personnel and civilians, the Israeli forces also prima facie committed the war crime of perfidy, which is prohibited in all circumstances,” the experts said."
Under what rules is this a war crime? Is war now like a game where you get subbed off the pitch if you're injured? Should the allies have avoided killing Hitler if he was in hospital being treated for a broken finger? Do terrorist leaders now get to lie down, pretend to be injured and therefore become untouchable whenever they're threatened?

Don't be silly. The doctors treating him say he has been paralysed and in bed for the last three months after another Israeli attack.

By the way, I have said before that Hamas are a terrorist organisation who deserve all they get. Israel have shown themselves to be just a bad, if not worse.

Many Nazi's were tried in a court of law for their crimes. Why didn't the allies just assassinate them all?

The nazis were tried in a court of law after they'd surrendered and the war was over. Have Hamas terrorists handed back the hostages, accepted defeat, surrendered to the Israelis and then been assassinated or executed?
