This is taking humiliation of their enemy a step too far, these are not professional soldiers and are showing a complete disrespect for their enemy. These are indeed war crimes.

Don't know why everyone gets so worked up over this. The caucasian western countries have more or less managed to live peacefully amongst each other for 80 years. The swarthy, unwashed hordes in Middle East, etc, etc, etc have been fighting it out since the dawn of time. Nothing will ever change. If they want to liquidate themselves and each other, men women or children - let them carry on. Warring is probably all they have.
