Accenta+ alarm issue

Looking for advice, my alarm went off while I was in the house and it took a couple of attempts to stop it using my code when I pressed the numbers it sounded really loud, same yesterday alarm went off but turned off before I put the code in now when I press any number the panel beeps very loud and won't take any thing . The only lights on it are day and power it was fitted around 2008 any ideas, new battery was fitted last year

Maybe I would Take the battery out of the control box, and the main alarm, see if that does anything.?
