Accenta Challenger Mini 8 instructions

Hi to everyone out there. I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have an Accenta Challenger Mini 8 alarm system installed in a house which I'm renting. The last tenants changed the alarm code and have 'conveniently' forgot what it is. They also too the user manual with them when they moved out. This means that I'm unable to set the alarm or to reset the code. Please does anyone know how to reset the code to 'factory' default. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I am the landlord and that's what I'm trying to do. It's the tenants who changed code and now that they're gone I can't set the alarm. When I asked them about it, they gave me the wrong code. The even took the instructions
