The last thing my step son's partner did before she left was to change the alrm code! The only way to silence it was to remove the fuse & the battery. She has (allegedly) now divulged the code but after reconnecting the battery - to a lot of load noises - and entering the code, the alarm continues to sound off!!
The tamper light stays on. Any clues anyone .... please??

agree with above. your entering the wrong code. only way to get a new code now is to default the panel, unless you figure the code out. its easy to default it, but you would need to reprogram the system. so you need a engineer manuel.
