Accenta optima informa speech dialler issues

Afternoon gentle people of the forum,

I installed 3 x Accenta optima (version 1.00 8SP420A metal panel enclosure with LCD keypad) on the premises which have all worked flawlessly for the past 5 Yrs. I have now wired up informa speech diallers to all 3 systems and having issues.
The informa is set default active low,sequential dialling. I have programmed numbers and recorded messages. Play test works but fails to dial out when alarm is set then triggered. Displaying informa Status[0] of inputs shows no LEDs lit?

Any ideas or can someone recommend a Technician in the Guildford area.

Yes. As shown in engineer's manual. Just opened the box again to be sure.

I also changed all the inputs to active high which immediately triggered the dial up.
