Accents G4 setting issue

Hi after some advice re my alarm which I'm unable to set due to setting fault. The fault is showing back door. I've checked the wiring into the white block and seams. Also I have the back door set to chime when it's opened and this works fine. From this I'm guessing the wiring is fine and the sensor is fine.
So to recap can't set alarm due to error stating setting fault back door. Thanks Jeff

Have you got another device on same zone ?
You could take contact off door and twist alarm pair together( one wire on silver screw and another wire on another silver screw) then set alarm,if sets ok then faulty contact?
