How much for a Scaff tower? Also would it access above porch ? Are they small enough to pack away for storage?

Send the pictures to a scaffolding company and ask for a price. Then add your bit for labour and materials then a bit of mark up, then send off your quote to the customer.

Worth buying your own scaff tower and how much storage space they take up?

Your Trade Insurance and H&S would insist on the Proper Scaffolding, doubt very much if they would accept portable scaffold towers in this situation. You are going over first floor level

Its not you getting injured its the third party getting injured and damage caused.

Another point, if someone is seriously injured or killed if the correct scaffolding is not used the Property owner can be taken to Court by the H&S for employing someone that has not got the correct safety equipment to carry out the work involved

Handyman. So do various different jobs for people. To be honest I've seen most decorators paint the first floor window frames off a ladder. I have various ladder equipment myself. But wanted some more advice on standoffs etc which could go on the frames.

If I only quoted for window frames on 'first floor' think that temporary Scaff would be ok
