yes. any links for these courses. i have used ladders quite a lot
By you asking the questions regarding 'how to access the windows' then claiming that you are a handyman, I would say you are out of your depth.
It would be unfair for the customer not to receive a professional job from a 'tradesman'.

So do u know of any of these courses? I searched before but didn't find much. Learnt my ladder work, well some of it from working with decorator friend
