Just brought a house and I've seen this posted on here as a common issue where aco drains that drain no where at the end of concrete drives, the water runs into the front pea pebble ditch where the air bricks live and the render crosses the dpc, which has led to damp in the property, the previous owners had a cream injection but they didnt fix the actually source.
The nearest downpipe drain is on the neighbours boundary, i dont think its accessible without lifting the neighbours driveway which I want to avoid, a soakaway worries me alot as the ground is abit sensitive to water the survey suggested and sounds like a costly job. Any ideas?
I've added some pictures.
