Here is the way to make shed loads of dosh.

If you live nearby to a local airport which has plans to expand.
buy a field or three ... Not building land but green belt stuff.

As the airport expands, provide parking ...
Apparently, near the west countries premier (?) airport .... fields are being utilised for car parking at £25 per wk inc transport to\from the terminal buildings and 24 hr manning ... Farming cars !
Virtually no overheads and not, apparently, easy to shut down, even though in green belt and under extreme pressure from the Spanish/Australian consortium owned airport !
So much for healthy competition !
Good luck to anyone providing a service hurting no-one and benefitting many.

But you forgot, as most outciders do, that before shifting the Bm the farmer had to nip to the bank to pay in last week's £12.5k parking income ... It is ok 'though he will not take long in the new Merc.
