New house full of orange pine. Not good. I am painting the whole lot and have sanded the varnish layer off and painted on an acrylic primer. I want to have an eggshell finish (grey) and am wondering whether to go for an acrylic undercoat or an oil based. I am also wondering about top coat oil or acrylic.
My concern is durability while also trying to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time….
