Activate Test pump on ideal boiler i mini

Can any one give me any advice on testing my pump please, It does rotate, I think that it is an electrical problem.
I would be very grateful.

You've removed the front panel (which is part of the boilers safety system) and such straightforward questions prove a lack of competence.
