Actual power consumption of electric ovens

When looking at the data sheets of ovens they give two figures on power use (example):
1- Energy consumption static kW 0.79
2- Connected load kW 3.4

Which is the actual figure, for the purpose of calculating the current (loading) and the energy cost?

Power usage on an oven depends on temperature (both ambient and running temp) if you really want to get technical also height above sea level.

For the purpose of calculating cable sizing/fuse rating you take the maximum rated by the manufacturer if its a single oven or apply a discrimination rule for an oven/hob/grill combination
