Add a PIR to and exsiting Floodlight with PIR

Assuming that the current light/PIR unit is the master unit (for want of a better word) you would run three core and earth cable from the master PIR terminals to the slave PIR terminals.
Assuming the master and slave have the same terminals L/N/E and (Switched) Load.
From master to slave you would put the L/N/E in their respective terminals and the fourth cable in the Load of the slave and the load of the master.
