Adding an extra radiator

I have a Baxi duo tec 28 combi and seven radiators requiring I believe 12kw.

I wish to add an extra radiator in the lounge, I live in a bungalow so all pipes are under the ground floor boards.

I looks to me that there are two main pipes around 22mm supply and return running from the boiler the full length of the house with the radiators being taken off via 15mm pipes via a T joint.

Can I just drain the system fit extra T and pipe to a new radiator refill with inhibitor and water?

Yes, you'll need two tee's though! Flow and return.
