adding new radiator in series or parellel to last radiator?

I want to add a new radiator in my downstairs loop, and the nearest other one I can run pipes from is the last one in the loop. Would it be better to run it in series or parallel?

This new radiator will be in the hall, just opposite the thermostat, so it won't have a TRV. The one it's coming off is in the kitchen, and I might put a TRV on it.
