I have an existing wall which was approx 1.2m high, 18m long built with block on flat so is 215mm wide. Has recently been increased in height to 2m with 6 pillars added (didn't have any before) to one side of wall. Pillars are slim, block on edge tied to existing wall with top tied into blockwork on new courses added.

Worries me this might not be enough as original foundations are quite thin. In saying that he wall is sold, no cracks or movement and is under pinned by old concrete post footings, at regular intervals.

Considering adding chunkier pillars to other side of wall, what would anyone recommend?
