adding radiator to established system

Hi
I removed my bedroom radiator (double) on a whim couple years ago, would now like to install another, can i use a single panel instead?
the fittings are still there .

Yes, no problem.

if you replace a double with a single you get about half the heat output..

as Densi says it can be done, no problem...but radiators are usually sized for heat output...

May need to alter pipe work if you are changing from double to single.
