Adjust hinges

Hi I've got this composite door and it's slightly catch at the bottom. Looking down the side it is narrow at the bottom and wider and the top. Ive no idea how the hinge is adjusted. I've attached photos could someone explain please??

Open the door and look at the back of the hinge, remove the 2 white plastic caps, under them should be a 4mm allen headed bolt, turning these bit by bit moves the hinge pin sideways so move the bottom to the right or top to the left but try and equalise the gaps, the door could however start to drag on the threshold or rub the the frame stricker plates, its all about finding that sweet spot

I had a look and the bottom hinge looks broken. The adjustment does nothing and the hinge pin is higher than the rest. I will try and remove it. The top hinge is missing the bottom screw but it's been like that for 9 years.
