Adjusting a composite door

How do you adjust these hinges on this composite door. The door has slightly tilted and needs force to close as it catches up on the metal hardware of the frame. I need to Tilt it up.

I may well be wrong...

I believe that you need Allen keys in the top and bottom of each hinge (individually).

I suspect that someone like @crank39 might be able to help you
