Adjusting hinges - uPVC door

I need to adjust daughter's front door but not certain how.


There's two small screws on the back - which are completely loose on the top two hinges. Is it simply a case of screwing those in, or something else ?

Thanks, really helpful - I'll give it a go when I get home. I tried lifting covers off but they didn't seen to want to move and I didn't want to break anything

Looking at the PDF, I think you need to use a screwdriver to push the cover away from the hinge before you can open it.

The older version of the patriot plus hinge there was a plastic tab you pressed in with a screwdriver behind the hinge once the door was open and the cover sprung open, the newer version with the 2 little screws are easier, undo the screws and put a flat bladed screwdriver in the gap and pop the cover sideways
