Adjusting up costs French doors

That’s not vertical adjustment, it looks to be adjusted to max pushing the top of the door out(not up or down) causing it to bind.
Worked it out, it was catching at the bottom. There is an Allen screw at the bottom of each hinge to adjust height, the photo shows the top of the hinge.
moving the top of the door towards the hinge has fixed it.
