How to adjust these UPVC French door hinges?

Hi folks,

Trying to adjust these French doors as they are catching at the bottom in the middle of the doors.

However I have no idea how these are adjusted. Can anyone help? There doesn’t seem to be any way to pop the cover off the part on the front.

The bolt under the hinge pin pushes the pin up if you turn it, however if you want to move the door sideways then you need to pop the front cover off, remove the 2 little screws and slide the cover over, use a screwdriver in the gap and twist and it'll slide sideways, the cover won't come away completely as it hinges around the hinge pin part
