Patio door adjustments

I have French doors and with the hot weather they are touching when I try close to them. Does anyone know how to adjust the gap? The one in top close to the frame does the vertical adjustment and the other one on top doesn't seem to move.

On the outsides of the hinges in the first photograph is a cover piece which is clipped or screwed in place (probably the screw you can see). Remove the covers on the hinges and beneath each you'll see a large horizontal hex cap bolt which can be turned to move the doors in or out (requires an Allen key, often 8 or 10mm) and sort out your problem
