Can anyone give me an idea how to make a better seal on a uPVC casement window on the bottom side opposite the hinged top side. I've attached a couple of images for reference. TIA

Hi, you quite likely have some adjustment on the lock mechanism.... post up a picture of that (From under the window with it open), and someone can advise.
On mine, the part that closes to the part on the frame you have shown, was a cam and turning it moved it in and out.
