how do you square up the little hooks in the headrail i have a couple that are quater of a turn out compaired with others

Some vertical blinds allow you to pull the drawstring so the blinds are fully open. If you keep pulling on the drawstring the one's that are out of line will continue turning until they are in line with the others. 
Edit, I mean the drawstring that turns the vertical blinds round, not the one that opens them from the middle to the sides etc.
