I recently bought a new laptop which runs on Vista, I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash Player the other day but can't seem to get it to work, it says that it has successfully installed, but when I want to view a video on the net, a message comes up that says, I need to download and install Adobe Flash Player, do I need to somehow enable it or is there something else I can try...

Be great if anyone could help

Cheers

Hi, I have this problem too. Although it says download successful I get the info bar at the top saying " Windows has blocked this site from using avtive X controls in an unsafe manner".
I've tried altering them as suggested in their support section but windows still blocks this :(
Is there an older version that I could download that would still work but not be blocked.
Sorry if ive hi-jacked this post but thought theres no point in starting a new one when its the same problem.

Cheers
